I’m a Canadian journalist who has reported across Asia since 2009, working primarily in India and China. For almost a decade, I wrote about the rise, nuances and complexities of the world’s two largest populations – from the life of India’s first openly gay prince to Chinese parents traversing the country in search of their kidnapped children. Most recently, I worked in France, writing about EU news and politics.
Back home in Canada, I worked as a staff reporter for the Toronto Sun and Postmedia newswire. I am currently based in Montreal. Please feel free to visit my LinkedIn for further details about my work experience. For freelance enquiries, please drop me a note at: writeamychung (at) gmail.com
